NOTRE CLIENT : QUI EST COLONIES ?

La mission de Colonies est de créer l’expérience de logement de demain ! L’offre locative actuelle, qui n’a pas évoluée depuis des décennies, est largement inadaptée aux nouveaux modes de vie et aux évolutions tant professionnelles que personnelles. Le logement est aujourd’hui vécu comme un problème, une contrainte alors qu’il devrait être l’un des principaux vecteurs de bonheur. Et paradoxalement, alors que la densification des métropoles s’accélère, de nombreux habitants s’y sentent de plus en plus isolés. Nous pensons que le logement doit être en mesure d’accompagner les mutations des modes de vie et devenir un véritable facteur d’épanouissement individuel et collectif.

Face à ce constat, Colonies a conçu une offre qui repose sur 3 piliers - les espaces, les services et la communauté :

  • Des solutions de logement construites autour d’un espace privatif (studio), de « Homes » qui reproduisent le principe d’une maison, et de super-communs qui étendent les possibilités.
  • Une approche associant simplicité et flexibilité (réservation en ligne, formules tout inclus, etc.). Pendant leur séjour, de quelques semaines à plusieurs mois, les locataires des résidences Colonies peuvent accéder à des services qui facilitent leur quotidien et leur permettent de consacrer leur temps à ce qui compte vraiment pour eux.
  • Enfin, des résidences pensées de sorte à faciliter les rencontres et les échanges (Community Management et mise à disposition d’espaces uniques) – sans jamais les imposer.

Après avoir levé près de 41M€ auprès d’investisseurs de premier plan (Idinvest Partners, Global Founders Capital, Kima Ventures and Financière Saint James), Colonies se positionne comme l’opérateur de référence du coliving en France et cherche aujourd’hui à se développer sur le marché européen.

MAIN TASKS


Definition of the company’s HR strategy and policy

  • Define and manage the HR strategy for Colonies (i.e. talent acquisition & retention)
  • Build a strong corporate culture in France and abroad, hand-in-hand with managers (values, corporate rituals, attitudes, charters)
  • Work with the finance teams to ensure an attractive compensation & benefits policy while respecting internal pay equity
  • Oversee the recruitment policy of Colonies and build a recruitment plan : ensure that the recruitment needs are aligned to the business roadmap (budget, managers…) and work on a succession plan.

Team management and leadership of HR projects

  • Manage the HR team on a daily basis and ensure that each team member has a performance-based roadmap (e.g. clear objectives)
  • Work with the Branding team to define a clear Employer Value Proposition and build a strong Employer Branding inside and outside of Colonies
  • Co-build the CSR policy with the founders in line with the corporate culture
  • Conduct executive coaching and leadership trainings for the top management population (build rituals, career path, annual interviews, coaching, training, CSR policy,…)
  • Supervise legal and payroll topics in order to ensure the compliance of HR processes and data.
  • Contribute to a good social climate (gender equality, remote-work, legal)

Monitoring and KPIS

  • Drive and consolidate key KPIS related to Colonies’ HR policy,
  • Build and implement the right metrics to drive HR performance and optimize the use of people analytics to manage talent

PROFIL REQUIRED


Hard skills

  • You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, including 5 years acquired as an Head of HR/Chief People Officer
  • You have significant experience in a fast-growing environment in cross-functional areas: recruitment, training, internal mobility, compensation & benefits, on-boarding…
  • You already had to implement an HR roadmap (from strategy to operational deployment in France and internationally)
  • You have worked in an international company: you are able to steer the global HR strategy, supporting local managers, interfacing with employees from different cultures…
  • You already managed one or more teams of at least 5 people and have established key KPIS to monitor your activity
  • You have acquired legal skills in labour law, social law, etc.
  • You are fluent in English

  • You are recognized as being adaptable to change/for your agility,
  • As a leader, you know how to unite people around your ideas and adopt a strong and charismatic stance!
  • With a real capacity to analyze situations, you know how to advise management and managers/propose concrete solutions adapted to complex situations,
  • Dynamic, committed, rigorous and results-oriented, you know how to work on several subjects at the same time in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment,
  • You have strong convictions and you know how to defend them : you support the evolution of internal practices and are not afraid to challenge existing practices !
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills : your ability to listen and your diplomacy enable you to work with a variety of people, managers and employees.
